Order Processing
Orders are scheduled to begin processing 24 hours after placement. Processing is estimated to take 2–7 business days. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped. Please see the Estimated Delivery Times section below for shipping times to your destination.
Where We Ship From
CHALAB is operated by CHALAB INOVASI INDONESIA, a company registered in Indonesia. We work with fulfilment partners to prepare and ship our products. Local fulfilment is available for eligible orders in Australia, the United States, and Canada.
Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship to Australia, the United States, and Canada using standard shipping. The table below shows estimated shipping times after your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to follow your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@chalabstore.com, via WhatsApp, or through Live chat. Please include your order number so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier.

Bulk Orders
Due to limitations in our store’s delivery settings, orders of 51 or more sweatshirts require manual delivery arrangements. Please email info@chalabstore.com with your preferred colours, sizes, quantities and delivery country. We’ll confirm availability and shipping costs, then arrange your order.
